Do not be late; if you are running late communicate that with Me ASAP. If you tend to run late to things, plan to arrive early or reschedule ahead of time to prevent inconveniences.
You will receive the Area of Location via email after reviewing your form (within 48 hours) and the precise location of the session 24 hours before your session, to properly prepare. You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your session time begins. No call No shows will require an additional rebooking fee.
Shower and be properly groomed before your appointment. Good hygiene is key. If you have any specialty medical devices (e.g., inhaler, walker) you need, please bring them to the session to prevent medical emergencies.
